How to Make Best Selling Product

How to Make Best Selling Product

Should you sell products that people need? The answer may surprise you. And that’s because the answer is “not always.”

You see, many early marketers start off by creating products that people need. But here’s the problem: Needing a product and LOVING a product is not the same thing. If you create the products that people need but you do not want, you will go bankrupt trying to convince your prospects that they should want your product. How to Make Best Selling Product

Instead, start by thinking about what your prospect wants. (If they also need a product, it’s better).

Let me show you what I mean …

What does a male student need? He needs to get good grades. She needs to attend class. She needs to start getting higher marks on her exam.

But not every student wants that. There was a group of students who wanted to play sports and party. Go to class and get good grades sitting low on their priority list (maybe somewhere near “cleaning the apartment”).

And that means if you try to sell something that this group needs, like the “How to Get Straight Like” book, you will fail. Shit. That’s because they do not want it.

If you want to make money, you must find out what this group wants. You should find out what they have purchased. And then you have to create something a little better.

For example, perhaps this particular niche market spent a lot of books on drinking. Or maybe this group wants to know how to go on a cheap spring break vacation to a party place like Cancun. Or who knows, perhaps this group wants to know how to get sink abs to look good on the beach during spring break.

See what I mean The bottom line is this: If you give people what they want (although you do not think they need it) you will find the money. And if you give people the products they want and need, you’ll do it better.

And now for that million-dollar question …

How do you find out what people want?

Some experts suggest that you conduct a survey of your market. You ask them. But you know what? While surveys can give you some interesting insights and ideas you’ve never thought of before, surveys can also be done. Just because someone says they will buy a certain type of product does not mean they will actually buy it if there is a chance.

So here’s what you did instead.

Find out what your market has bought. Now you do not have to guess whether the survey is accurate. You do not have to predict what your market will do in “real life.” You definitely know by looking at where your market has spent their money.

If you sell information products (such as ebooks), you can start with:

? Find out what is sold on Clickbank.com? Find out what kind of books your market is buying on Amazon.com. ? Find out what the top websites in your niche and ads offer. (Just find your main keyword on Google and see what your competitors are selling.)

Easy as that

Now, simply knowing that you need to create a product that your market wants will not automatically put profits into your pocket. You also need to find out what kind of product you need to create. And you need to learn the secrets of creating a hot, fast product. How to Make Best Selling Product

Let’s Go Fly a Kite: Kite Fishing in Florida

Let’s Go Fly a Kite: Kite Fishing in Florida

Weirdness flying kites help people to capture or recapture floating free feelings like what it’s like to be a child. Fly kites may seem purely recreational, but actually have a strong, though somewhat vague, history. When looking for Cape Canaveral fishing charters in Florida, consider fishing kites as a fun and adventurous technique to try.

Where to start

The true origins of kite fishing is debatable, but it is believed to have been used first in the Polynesian Islands of southern Asia. It is believed that the inhabitants of the island will use kites for fishing while still on the beach, or fishing in areas that are too shallow or dangerous for a ship to reach. Let’s Go Fly a Kite: Kite Fishing in Florida

The kite technology was first discovered by Europeans through Marco Polo’s journey in China. The Chinese claim that kites strong enough to carry human loads have existed in their culture for centuries, and old military stories involve the use of kites to alter the current in ancient battles.

Let’s fly

Modern kite fishing is very popular today in New Zealand and Florida. This is useful for catching surface water fish such as blackfin tuna, yellow fin tuna, dolphins, mahi mahi, and black grouper.

The launch of the kite with the attached bait can be the hardest part of kite fishing. This is partly because many fishing boats have cabins, and any kind of obstacle can be messy with airflow. Trying to launch a kite behind a ship’s cabin that blocks the wind can actually produce downdrafts at the rear of the ship, which certainly makes the kite not slide right. A great captain will know this and will keep the boat sideways at launch of the kite to prevent this problem. Let’s Go Fly a Kite: Kite Fishing in Florida

Boats will occasionally fly several kites at once, using different colored kites to help them decide which kites are down when. The kites basically drag the bait back and forth through the water, keep moving to attract the attention of the fish. Often this happens when the bait is alive, making them more interesting. When the bait is caught, the reels attached to the kite often feel electric and it makes the process of reeling the fish much easier.

Difference

Ordinary kites are not the same as the kites used for sea fishing, although the mechanics are generally the same. Fishing kites are meant to interact well with water, and can even be pulled underwater in the process of reeling in the catch. Beach flyovers even have fancy names: they are called paravanes. This paravan can be designed to carry feeds at different depths for the purpose of targeting more precise fish species. Usually working with a professional fishing charter means they will have all of these tools, and you just have to pay to use them and their expertise. This is a fair trade for the first timers.

Fishing kites are easier types of sea fishing, and the kite flying part can be a fun new thing for the first people fishing in the sea as well, especially the kids. This is a great option to remember when you are looking for the ideal Cape Canaveral fishing chart in Florida.

Feel the True Burgundy on your French Cruise Barge

Feel the True Burgundy on your French Cruise Barge

It is impossible to visit France and not be fascinated with its exquisite cuisine. For the French, food is a way of life; The food is much more than just time to eat, but there is time to collect, exchange views and enjoy the delights of well prepared food together.
For this reason food in France is impassable. Expect a casual alcoholic drink – perhaps accompanied by a tempting flavor of entertaining – to produce an excellent three or four course meal complete with wine and cheese.

Visitors who enjoy French barge cruises will find that the pace of the meal reflects the soft flow of water beneath them, and the wines on their tables. Food is part of the culture in France, and eating it is a relaxing exploration of the land. Feel the True Burgundy on your French Cruise Barge

Taste of Burgundy

To really say that you have ‘explored’ the beautiful Burgundy region with your French yacht, you have to spend a lot of time tasting rich and rich dishes and fine wines elegantly wandering the streets and fields. Burgundy is an area where food and wine, sourced from the same rich lotus, is an integral part of the region itself.

Think of a stew full of the flavor of the flesh raised in the field; wine grows in its incessant vineyard; mustard seeds from ripe seeds in the sun; and snails feeding on the famous vines. This is the herb that became the heart of Burgundy cuisine. Feel the True Burgundy on your French Cruise Barge

Dishes to Find

While visitors to France often look forward to excellent ‘French’ food, it’s worth remembering before you leave for a French cruise ship to Burgundy, each region has its own unique cuisine, fed by local flavors and ingredients. However, in the Burgundy case, these ingredients have become so popular in the world that local dishes in the region have become part of what we now consider to be typical French cuisine.

Dishes like Boeuf Bouguignon – where the notorious local red wine combined with Charolais cattle in the region to create a hearty mellow soup full of flavor – has become a popular staple in many French brasseries. Other dishes, such as escargots à la Bourguignonne, are not only made in this region, but depend on local black slugs that are raised and fed on local grape leaves.

You may have seen on the AOC Poulet de Bresse menu, referring to the chicken raised in and around the Bresse in Burgundy. Chicken laying free with rich and soft milk and wheat that likes meat, making it a perfect ingredient for any chicken dish. Combine this chicken with the famous local Dijon mustard and some excellent local Chablis and you will have a feast suitable for a king (or guests traveling on a French yacht). Pairing Wine

Of course, you can not visit Burgundy without trying its most famous exports. From world-renowned Chablis to its beautiful pink and white colors, Burgundy wine is adored all over the world. For locals in the region, beautiful wines are a delicate accompaniment to their flavoursome cuisine. For visitors who pair wine made from grapes grown in vineyards with food produced from the same landscape, Burgundy gastronomy can be a wonderful culinary adventure.

A Barger’s Guide to the Canal du Nivernais

A Barger’s Guide to the Canal du Nivernais

Amongst the beautiful inland waterways of France, the Canal du Nivernais offers a scenic cruising route through the bucolic, history-laden landscape of Burgundy. Originally created as a feeder waterway along which to float firewood, today it has a very different incarnation as a popular route for the new breed of barge holidays in France.
A Working Waterway

The 174km-long Canal du Nivernais serves as part of the wider Bourbonnais and Bourgogne link between Paris and Lyon. It runs north-south between the basin of the Seine (at Paris) and the Saône and Rhône, almost parallel to the Yonne. Along the way it connects the Yonne with the Loire at Auxerre and Decize, respectively. Its strategic position was no accident and, in 1783, the French government commissioned its construction as a channel to transport the firewood so desperately needed by the freezing residents of Paris.

It was many more years before it reached completion (in 1843), but it then became a vital transportation hub for everything from wood and wine, to coal, stone and charcoal. The canal is fed by the Yonne and also from the north by another feeder canal leading from the Pannecière Reservoir, via the beautifully-constructed and much-admired Montreuillon aqueduct.

There are 122 locks and 23 dams along its length and in one section three tunnels have been hewn from solid rock to allow its passage. Travelling through the tunnels has been described as a silence so complete it is akin to “the silence of a sepulchre”. Despite the magnificent feat of engineering required to complete its course, many of the locks were constructed to what were deemed ‘sub-standard’ specifications. This meant that with a length of only 30m, some of them were unable to accommodate larger barges, leading to a decline in the waterway’s usefulness.

It wasn’t until the 1960s that the local authorities saw the potential of the Canal du Nivernais as a touristic attraction, and an extensive decade-long rehabilitation programme was implemented. The works provided facilities and mooring for private and commercial vessels along the route, which has enabled operators to include the canal on the itinerary of their barge holidays in France. A host of surrounding attractions can be enjoyed from the water and on shore-based excursions.

Attractions en Route One of the most popular attractions en route is the magnificent Saint-Germain Abbey, in Auxerre. Dating back more than a thousand years, the monastic complex contains a veritable treasure trove of history within its cloistered walls. Along with the oldest wall paintings in the country, archaeologists have unearthed a sarcophagus from the sixth century and the crypts, nave and tower of the abbey are almost completely intact.

Something a little more energetic that can be undertaken along the canal route at the lovely village of Merry-sur-Yonne is climbing at the famous landmark, Le Saussois. This imposing crag set against a highly picturesque backdrop is renowned as one of the most challenging climbing sites in the country, although there are plenty of pre-bolted areas for novices to cut their teeth as well.

With a reputation as one of the most interesting and enjoyable places for barge holidays in France, the history, engineering and scenery of the Canal du Nivernais serve as an important reminder of the past and a delightful insight into the present.

For newcomers to barge holidays, all barges may look the same. However, there are many types of ships with striking differences in history and design. This model evolved over 200 years, adapting to changing conditions and technology. In Europe, the barge – ships barges – connecting the English Channel, Atlantic Ocean and Mediterranean Sea. Here is a brief overview of the most common vessels you might encounter on your barge vacation.
Tjalks and Klippers Barge Type: Know Your Spitzen From Your Clip

This barging tradition can be traced back to the seventeenth century. Originally wind-powered Tjalks were built of wood; In the nineteenth century, ship builders began to consider the possibility of iron and on twentieth century steel properties exploited by this industry. Therefore, the modern version of Tjalk is constructed of iron or steel, yet retains the stern arch of indigenous wood.

Designed for fast-flowing estuaries and rivers in the Netherlands, the tough Klipper is always built of iron or steel. The use of steel leads to a stronger vessel, although this introduces the danger of corrosion. Klipper’s steering sat under a stern round and ridden with wheels. Beurtmotor and Luxemotor

Beurtmotor is used for passengers and cargo and often travels to a reliable schedule, replacing steam-powered steamers. It became even more popular with the introduction of diesel engines because their scheduling was more consistent than ever before. Like other barges, Beurtmotor was built to navigate the shallow waters – anywhere between 3 and about 10 feet of water. However this is not a limitation, as most inland waters in western Europe conform to this requirement.

Luxemotor trailblazing was built in the early 20th century and was the first barge to have its own machine. Driving on Beurtmotor’s success, they are quite luxurious with plenty of space – including kitchens and toilets – as well as a pointy bow that is ideal for more open waters.

Spitz

Spitz has a long and varied history. They were built to the standard of Freycinet imposed by Napoleon during the standardization period, and the ship was first withdrawn by hand (or horse). However, after the Second World War many Belgian Spitz ships were kitted out with tank machines that were often disabled. With some adjustments at the stern to fix the wheel, the Spitz Motor version is designed for canals in France, Belgium and the Netherlands.

European Air Line: Our Fleet

The European Airway fleet includes a barge with lots of history behind them. Vacation barges match the history lover and cruise ship enthusiasts. For example, L’Art de Vivre – the oldest fleet – is an English model and built in the First World War to supply allied forces in the Somme. The beautiful Rosa is the Dutch Clipper carrying a variety of cargo in the early 20th century Dutch. Both now enjoy retirement by walking the beautiful streets of France, lovingly recovering in a way that celebrates their stunning legacy. Barge Type: Know Your Spitzen From Your Clip

How To Cover Health Care During Vacation in Finland

How To Cover Health Care During Vacation in Finland

A beautiful destination for summer and winter holidays, Finland has so much to offer to discerning travelers. But before you go, it is advisable to invest in a comprehensive travel insurance. Although Finland is in the EU and honors reciprocal health agreements with the UK, there are limits to what is covered. Here we outline what is provided by the European Health Insurance Card (EHIC) and why comprehensive travel insurance should be reserved.
Accessing Health Care in Finland

How To Cover Health Care During Vacation in Finland

If you require non-emergency treatment while on vacation in Finland, you should go to a local city health center, where you can see a doctor, dentist or even a radiographer. Once you find the city health center, you have to make an appointment, which you need to get to or face a 39.60 no-show fee. Your EHIC card entitles you to free health care, but small donations may be required depending on the municipality that is your health center. Visits to a doctor, for example, can cost between € 16.10 and € 22.10, depending on whether the visit is a regular or out-of-hours one. This includes laboratory services and x-rays as well.

Under the age of 18 is treated free of charge, unless it is treated personally. In this case payment is required up front and only comprehensive travel insurance that allows you to refund the money paid.

Hospitals in Finland are almost all owned in the city, but if you prefer to receive personal care, there are several private hospitals as well. Of course, your EHIC does not cover personal care in Finland unless the care provided is clinically necessary, and you can even claim back 20-30% of the cost. If you find yourself in this position, you must file a replacement claim within six months and the claim must be submitted to the Finnish government’s social insurance authority, known as Kela. How To Cover Health Care During Vacation in Finland

The recipe is paid when you receive it at the pharmacy but you can claim the fee again as long as you keep the receipt for presentation at your local Kela office.

Accessing Dental Care in Finland

If you need dental treatment while in Finland, as long as you have a valid EHIC, you will pay the same fee as a resident. Initial visits usually cost around € 10, and then extra care is charged depending on what is needed. A comprehensive travel insurance policy will tend to cover all your dental care, but check the policy before you travel.

And visit the hospital?

Unsolicited hospital visits in Finland require physician referrals. The word for hospitals in Finland is sairaala. As long as your EHIC enters and hospitals are not private homes you will be able to benefit from minimal maintenance costs, as did the Finns. Comprehensive travel insurance, on the other hand, may cover the entire cost of any treatment, whether you are in a private hospital or a public hospital.

When in Finland, an EHIC is very valuable. But if you want to make sure that you’re completely covered for all the possibilities, adequate travel insurance is a wise investment.

Restoring the Past in the Galapagos

Restoring the Past in the Galapagos

Giant tortoises are one of the best known animals in the Galapagos Islands. And, for nature lovers who choose wildlife holidays in the Galapagos, this is one of the most sought-after encounters. Like many other animals, however, despite its iconic status as the world’s largest tortoise, it faces the challenge of survival, and is now extinct or nearly extinct on several islands in the archipelago.
Of the 14 native populations, only eleven are left – with many of them considered to be highly threatened. The GTRI (The Giant Tortoise Recovery Initiative) is a conservation project  aimed at changing the flow and restoring its population across the island. Restoring the Past in the Galapagos

GTRI work

Established in 2014, GTRI has worked closely with the Directorate of National Parks to achieve a number of objectives. The long-term goals of the initiative include:

• Restoring population to historical summits throughout the archipelago. This includes breeding programs to recover the islands where endemic subspecies have become extinct. Restoring the Past in the Galapagos

• Rejuvenate and restore the required habitat.

• Survey of current population to inform future conservation research and efforts.

• Use genetic advances to improve future conservation programs.

Why Do They Need Help?

In an environment where it has no natural predators for millions of years, the Giant Turtles become the animals most affected by human arrivals on the islands. For years, they were used as a food source by settlers and maritime tourists, who managed to find out that they were able to survive for long at sea. They transport them aboard in holding the ship, and then kill them as needed.

In addition to being a source of food, the population is devastated by the introduction of animals such as dogs, goats, cows and pigs. Dogs and pigs loot eggs and hatchlings, while cattle and goats compete with the turtle’s own food source.

Although it is illegal to catch them today, and introduce animals gradually controlled or removed, in some cases too late. But generating an extinct subspecies, such as endemic disease on the island of Floreana, becomes a reality in itself by GTRI’s deductive work.

Progress Created

Species from Floreana Island have been deemed extinct since 1850. But thanks to advances in DNA testing, scientists were able to determine their genetic traces in 2008. They then tested the hybrid population on Wolf Isabela volcano island that has different DNA, and found that it fits well the extinct Floreana species. How this cross-crossing takes place is a mystery, although the most likely explanation is through human intervention, perhaps by dismantling them among the different islands.

A group of 30 have been transferred to a research center in Santa Cruz, where scientists can analyze their DNA even further. It was found that two were classified F1, meaning that they were descended from two elderly races. Through a breeding program, GTRI now intends to refill Floreana Island with the offspring of these animals – effectively bringing the species back from the dead.

Visit the Past and Future on Holidays in the Galapagos

Thanks to GTRI, past species are now closely related to their future, and it is highly likely that populations can be restored to their natural habitat. Visitors to wildlife vacations in the Galapagos can visit the Tortoise Center in Santa Cruz to see the resurrection of Tortoise Giant Floreana in (albeit very slowly). One of the Best Ways to Create an Exceptional Cash Infusion for Your Business

“Business is slow!”

“The economy is horrible.”

“The political structure creates fear of spending.”

Which of the “stories” you say to yourself?

Have you noticed that some people do their best while others keep telling themselves how bad the business is? It’s based on story. Stories make us go forward or stop us in our path.

For those who convince themselves that their business is sluggish, they probably will not do anything to generate income. Those who find opportunities, regardless of outward appearances, under any circumstances, are likely to take massive action to generate cash.

Fastest Track to Cash

One of the fastest ways to earn money is to pick up the phone as part of your follow-up strategy.

Follow-up by phone seems to be a very lost art. Recently, I passed a shelf in my office that is a “collector” shelf. You know that. You get something by mail and plan to get there … someday. One of the Best Ways to Create an Exceptional Cash Infusion for Your Business

Recently, I found a package that someone sent some time ago. When I receive it, I experience many things and never feel the urgency to open it.

The package contains examples of oils, creams, and other items that may cost enough to be sent to me.

The woman who sent her was never followed up. Not once.

Well, maybe he followed up with an email, but if he did, I never saw him.

Waste of money. In his mind, he might have thought he was being productive by sending me his package. He would have been much more productive if he followed up with picking up the phone to make sure I got their package. Chances are, I will try to sample some time ago. Who knows, I might have turned into a customer.

Email is not the best choice

Yesterday, I got an email from someone who asked me what to do if someone has not responded to his email for more than two months.

I asked, “Did you pick up the phone and call them? You never know … they might not get your email.”

He did not think to pick up the phone. He guessed the man was blowing him.

You can not just rely on email as a communication tool. There are too many things that can happen as your email is flagged as spam.

There is no magic bullet

Why are people so hesitant to pick up the phone? It’s like a ton of phones and they’ll hurt themselves.

The phone is your friend The phone is making money. Mobile phones are a great tool to use in your daily business practices.

You may be surprised at how many businesses are lost because you rely on a very unreliable source of communication.

Recently, I hosted an event in Portland, Oregon. 40 businessmen attended Passion for Thriving.

I took one day after the re-assembly, arranged my call list and started calling. Over the next few days, I contacted at least 90% of those present.

Not just registering private clients as a result, I sell information products to some participants and show, for example, that picking up the phone is a very good thing.

If you feel the business is slow, get out of your own way and pick up the phone.

Set the destination minimum number of calls you will make each day. The point is this; Your business success is not based on some secret or magical formula. It’s based on consistently doing what works.

Phone calls work Simple like that.
